The LWR 4 Minute Fat Burning Workout Album
What it Does: This 4 Minute workout is based on bursts of 20 seconds in which I coach you to train at a hard intensity, followed by 10 seconds in which we slow the pace down so you are then ready to let me push you for the next 20 seconds. We rotate this sequence of on- off training 8 times which equals your 4 minutes. The great thing for you is that I do all the timing and motivate you throughout.
So here is the clever bit: this revolutionary new workout is based on the principle of Excessive Post Oxygen Consumption (EPOC) Training which is believed to help supercharge your metabolic rate after the workout so you can burn up to an extra 35 calories an hour for up to 10 hours after our training session!
