    I thought I was fitness walking. I thought my pace was quick. To get body-changing results, not just maintain, you really need to be in it and not strolling along.

    Lucy’s audio is great for encouragement, pacing and focus. (And after just a few walks, I felt emboldened to try her running plan!)

    Just Brilliant 😃, I’m hooked! I started on the treadmill in the gym but I’m going outside tomorrow. I’m hearing impaired so I downloaded it to my phone, connect Bluetooth and like magic I have Lucy my personal trainer in my ear 😆. Love the beats. Great idea, and fits into my lifestyle perfectly….and so much fun. I can’t over praise this download. Slight shin burn, but I do have a vestibular problem, so probably my bad walking style. 👍 well done

    I love Lucy’s audio coaching workouts! This walking workout really gets your heart rate up while improving your posture and strengthening the core. I feel taller and more confident whenever I do this routine, and I feel like that carries over into the rest of my day. It’s a great way to burn some extra calories on your lunch break or after work. I hope to see more of these audio coaching walking and running workouts — they really motivate me to get outside and move!

    I love this workout. Quick and easy and motivating. The beat of the music helps too. Only thing is I wish the programme inlcuded a 5 minutes warm up and 5 minutes warm down.

    Hey Lucy,

    I’m an avid walker and I decided to try this 16 min inch loss workout and I am impressed because the beat and tempo plus your encouragement had me walking faster than I normally do during my break walks at work. Usually a mile takes me 17 or 18 min but today I did it in 15! My pace was 3.8 and when I tried it out the first time on Saturday my pace was 3.7 but that was a much longer walk as I did 5K. I think I will try your beginner running audio workout now. I was wanting to try it but now I think I want to check it out for sure! Thanks for all you do for us as our online fitness trainer Lucy! I appreciate all that you do for us!!!
