Fall in Love with Running–I did! I can’t believe it, but in just months, I went from a 30 second jog to over 5 miles, with wind sprints (over 50 and overweight–but into daily workouts).

I have to admit, I’m not the most focused for following plans day by day, but just reading this and gearing up got me out there.

Her e-book style is cool, her illustrations fun and her encouragement is everything.
