1 Small Low Fat Raspberry Yoghurt

Start by sprinkling your pine nuts on to a grease proof baking tray and place into a pre heated oven at 350 degrees, stirring half way through and cook either sides until a golden brown then (takes about 6 minutes.
Wash and slice strawberries.
Crush meringue into pieces and in a bowl mix together crushed meringue, chopped strawberries and yoghurt.
Serve and sprinkle on top your toasted pine nuts and add a sprig of mint for the final touch and enjoy.
