Summer is here and to keep you looking your best for bikini season, I have put together 6 of the best super tasty snacks that are under 150 calories, all of which are super healthy, stuffed full of vitamins and minerals, and will keep you looking and feeling amazing – as well as slightly virtuous, as you know these are all part of your 5  a day .

1: Orange & Pear Dreamboat

Put a dollop of low fat frozen yoghurt into a blender, and add the juice of 2 freshly squeezed oranges. Core and peel a pear, slice, and add to the blender. Then blend, pour, drink and enjoy.

2: Avocado Crunch

Create your crunch by taking half an oatcake and crumbling, adding some herbs, black pepper and a little lemon juice. Mix the crunch together. Then peel and slice an avocado into strips, and coat either side of the avocado slices.

(Portion Control: half an avocado per person)


3: Watermelon and Feta Cocktail Sticks

Simply cut watermelon and feta cheese into bite sized chunks, and skewer onto a cocktail stick.

(Portion control: just two sticks per person)

4: Pick & Mix Sweets

If you have a sweet tooth, then this is the perfect feel-good super tasty treat. Simply freeze some washed green grapes and dark sweet cherries, then once frozen, serve. They melt in your mouth and are super refreshing on a hot day, and a great way of getting in your 5 a day!

(Portion control: a handful per person)

5: Banana and Chocolate Ice Cream

Simply peel a banana, then melt one square of dark chocolate. Dip one end of banana in chocolate to coat it, then place in freezer. Once frozen, you then have a super tasty banana and chocolate ice cream.

6: Sticky Stick

Take a celery stick, wash it and cut it into 4 inch pieces. Then simply spread a thin amount of low fat cream cheese (or peanut butter), and top with a sprinkling of poppy seeds.
