Blueberry & Berry Smoothie Bowl

 

Enjoy this healthy blueberry & berry smoothie bowl for breakfast, a daytime snack or an indulgent dessert!

It’s goodness in a bowl!!

Ingredients:

Handful of blueberries

Handful of strawberries

1 Banana

Handful of ice cubes

Tablespoon of Greek yoghurt

(Optional) Teaspoon of honey

 

 

Toppings:

Blueberries

Flaked coconut

Milled seeds

Granola

Strawberries

Chia seeds

 

Preparation:

  1. Take a handful of ice and banana and blend until smooth.

  2. Add the blueberries, strawberries, natural yoghurt, and (optional) a teaspoon of honey to the blender.

  3. Blend until smooth and place in bowl.

  4. Top with blueberries, flaked coconut, milled seed, granola, strawberries and chia seeds.

  5. Enjoy!
