GOODNESS IN A BOWL

INGREDIENTS:

Handful of blueberries

Handful of strawberries

1 Banana

Handful of ice cubes

Tablespoon of Greek yoghurt

(Optional) Teaspoon of honey

TOPPINGS

Blueberries
   Flaked coconut
Milled seeds
Granola
Strawberries
Chia seeds
1) Take a handful of ice and banana and blend until smooth.
2) Add the blueberries, strawberries, natural yoghurt, and (optional) a teaspoon of honey to the blender.
3) Blend until smooth and place in bowl.
4) Top with blueberries, flaked coconut, milled seed, granola, strawberries and chia seeds.
5) Enjoy!
