Berry Blast Smoothie Bowl

Enjoy this refreshing and healthy fruit smoothie to give you a boost.

Ingredients

Half a cup of strawberries

Half a cup of blueberries

Several blackberries

Half a tablespoon of coconut water

1 ripe banana

A few ice cubes

Method

In a blender, washed strawberries, washed blueberries, washed blackberries coconut water and the banana. Top with ice cubes and blend until well combined. Add more coconut water depending on the desired texture.

Once blended, pour into a bowl and top with whatever you desire. I like to top mine with coconut flakes, pomegranate seeds and mixed seeds.
