Looking after our Hearts should always be our Number 1 health goal, as our heart is the muscle that works full time throughout our entire life. The job of our heart is to pump blood around our body to keep us alive, this is called circulation, and it takes less than 60 seconds to pump blood to every cell in our body! In our blood, we have oxygen and nutrients that are supplied to all our living cells. So as I said our heart is a muscle and in order for it to work well and be strong, we need to exercise. Other lifestyle factors we should focus on are having a healthy diet, being a healthy weight, not smoking and avoiding too much stress.
