In this video from my  Instagram Live, I explain in detail how Exercise can help to Lower  Cholesterol. As a trainer, I always say that knowledge is power, so the more understanding we have of how our bodies work the easier it is to work with them. Making the right healthy food choices and by getting in enough exercise can help to reduce cholesterol. Having too much cholesterol can block our blood vessels which makes us more likely to have heart problems. Interestingly enough having high cholesterol shows no signs or symptoms and the only way you can find out if you suffer from this is with a blood test. So this is why a healthy lifestyle is key for everyone.
