Starting on Monday the 28th of June my 7 Day Core Challenge. This will consist of a workout designed to strengthen your core and give you your strongest abs.
I have created both a standing routine and a seated one, so this is suitable for everyone, so if you have limited mobility or you are recovering from an injury simply do the seated modifications.
I have provided you with a free training download booklet which has some information about your core and the benefits we get from a stronger midsection. I have also given you some extra workouts and a 7-day tick list. Simply just click on either the standing or seated and you will have all the information you need for the challenge.
