Children’s exercise is all about making it fun and simply being active. The more active a child is in childhood, the more likely they are to be active in adult hood - it is about installing those good habits from a young age. For our teenagers the key message is about body positivity. Teaching them how they body works and reminding them along the way how incredible they are.
