    Being busy with endless hours of work, Lucy’s Pear shaped body plan is a life saver. It has short workouts and only requires a couple of minutes each day.Having stuck to the guidance of mindful eating and exercise each day, I was four inches down by 4 weeks (Yay)! Lucy is always available for any follow ups and ensures that her clients get any help they can.
    For all the pear shaped ladies, give this a try for sure. Time passes anyway might as well be fit and sexy as it does. 😛

    I love this plan! I fully admit, I thought it wouldn’t work, but I’m doing it for the second round now and I love it! I’ve gotten to try workouts I never would have found before and they are all quick and easy to follow. I’ve been out of shape for a few years now after having kids and I can say with all certainty that this workout plan and Lucy’s other workouts have given me back the confidence I have been missing and the more toned legs and bottom I’ve been waiting. Lucy’s attitude and positive support truly make me feel like I’m workout with a friend and because of her constant encouragement, I find myself pushing myself farther. I highly recommend this workout!
