This has a great mix of Cardio Workouts that are going to boost your metabolism and supercharge your health. If you stick to it over a whole month you are going to LOVE the results. All the workouts are standing workouts and don’t require any equipment.
All you have to do is follow the workout for each day starting on the 1st of the month when you follow Video number 1 working through to finish on the 30th (or 28th or 29th for February). For months with 31 days, you can either take a rest day or repeat a video of your choice!
