    I loved Lucy’s walking audio. I suddenly found myself ordering the running workout, thinking, really?! But I started with her encouragenent, with just 30 seconds, then another. I wasn’t just jogging, I was sprinting! I doubled up, ordered more plans and in 2 months, I just ran over 5 miles!
