This is a great purchase. Even though the workouts are otherwise free, these two 14 day workouts are organized so well, that I have no excuse not to do them daily. And best of all, I lost some stubborn menopausal tummy fat fairly quickly from the exercise and avoiding the bad stuff: bread, white potatoes, wheat pasta, and sweets. I’m 49 year old woman and this plan has done something that no type workout has done. It has made me loose some very tricky fat I’ve been trying to shift for years!!! Your workouts were recommended to me by my sister. I did the 7 day belly fat workout on Youtube, which was super short intense had me sweating (and swearing) so I knew it I had found the real deal. I decided to invest in the 4 week plan. It turned out to be a fantastic investment. The plan does focus on your abs and will exercise your entire body by increasing your fat burning capacity through cardio and multi directional bodyweight exercises which are doable and very challenging as you moving your body in a way that’s different from the standard ab exercises. They are are short, intense and they will make out sweat what ever your fitness level.
Make sure you drink water throughout the day and eat healthy with veg, complex carbs, protein.
I’ve done the workout in the plan each day and incorporated them in my twice weekly kettlebell training session as an extra burn out.
