    I cannot recommend this training highly enough! After having already trained with Lucy´s videos for quite a while, this gave me such an extra boost of motivation and security. You just have to fill out some questions and then receive a well-constructed plan that fits your personal situation as well as your goals. Compared to a fitness studio this ist such an affordable way to become fit and healthy. And really, I could see the first results after about three weeks – when I actually didn’t even look for them.     Lucy, you are awesome. Thank you so much for my personalised fitness plan. I was able to exercise despite my injuries.     Lucy dearest, the program you created for me was amazing! I did it for a month with the clean eating you suggested and after seeing the wonderful results, I moved on to doing your other videos on YouTube 6 days a week. So far, in 2 months, I’ve lost a little over 13 pounds and 22 1/4 inches!!!! YAY!!!     I have PCOD, so it was natural for me to gain weight. Being always fit and athletic person, i couldn’t cope with the weight gain and lost all the confidence. I looked pregnant if nothing!
