This specially created audio training plan has workouts in which I coach you, and for week 1 and 2 we start off with a 12 minute workout consisting of short intervals of running mixed with walking. Then as the weeks progress and you become fitter the more you start running and by week 6 you will be ready to run your first 5 k. And as a result of this training you will get in amazing shape and feel super fit.
