This specially created audio training plan has workouts in which I coach you, and for week 1 and 2 we start off with a 12 minute workout consisting of short intervals of running mixed with walking. IT WORKED!!! I bought this course six weeks ago and started it the following day. I completed my first 5k “Rudolph Run” yesterday.
Six weeks ago, I wasn’t a runner. The first day I actually ran, I thought I might die. But I stuck to it, and with this program and Lucy’s 4-week beginners running workouts, I completed my first run in a respectable 41 minutes.
Now I’m looking for my next run and thinking a 10k might be in the cards for 2022.
