As someone who never used to like working out this plan was perfect for me. I was able to fit my workouts around my University schedule plus the workouts themselves are so fun & not too long, so even on my busiest days I manage to fit in a workout! This plan was the perfect way for me to get into a daily workout routine & now I workout at least 4 times a week minimum. I highly recommend this for College/Uni Students, it will really get you into the daily workout routine without it feeling like a chore.
The workouts were interesting and short enough to fit into my (and probably anyone’s) busy life….so there’s really no excuse not to get moving.
