I really like this second Healthy Eating Book from Lucy. Some lovely meal and snack ideas (Chunky Veg Soup and Choconana Smoothie my favourites!), and the illustrations are fab!

This is a lovely recipe book. Beautifully illustrated & easy to follow recipes. I like that it doesn’t take much time at all to make these recipes. They are a great go to, to eat healthy instead of being tempted by delivery or take away. Big thumbs up.

Thanks for this super cookbook, Lucy! I love your drawings and the recipes are great but not time consuming. I especially liked the Smoothie ideas and the toast toppers sound great for a light lunch. The 2 portions size soups are great for me as my husband doesn’t like leftovers!
As a retired teacher, I like the idea of children’s books that encourage healthy eating. The schools should be giving these out to EVERY CHILD! (Don’t know if they’re published yet.)

In the last two weeks, I lost 3 1/2 pounds by following recipes from this cookbook (along with the other Healthy Eating Book with Lucy and the blueberries on the cover) doing the seven minute anti belly fat workouts, making sure to walk at least 10,000 steps a day, along with doing 2-3 strength training sessions a week. My favorites are the banana chocolate chip ice cream, the strawberry pistachio ice cream, her various ideas for avocado toast and the fish pie, and the cod with celeriac and beans. I used to be intimidated by celeriac but no longer! Loads of interesting, unfussy recipes that help you learn portion control, and a lot of healthy carb ideas that work.
