As a wheelchair user of 15 yrs i have never found a fitness/wellbeing book that has been more tailored to my abilities. Like everything in life no one person is the same so be prepared to make small adaptations to fit around your capabilities.
This book is focused on upper body strength which is vital to anyone using a wheelchair but not only does it cover this it cares for the inside of your body too with a diet and nutrition plan included.
Remember you cannot get out of your body what you do not put in it.
I would recommend this book to anyone who either is a wheelchair user short term or long term like myself and most importantly of all to remain focused on your abilities NOT your disabilites
