    On day 2 of this online workout. Never enjoyed exercise before until I came across Lucy. She is so inspirational and the workouts are doable and enjoyable. I am 49 and for the first time I feel that exercise is changing my outlook mentally and physically. I have already done the 7 day belly challenge and have lost 2 inches off hips and waist which I didn’t believe would happen. I can see my end goal now and look forward to each workout in the morning which sets me off in a positive mood for the rest of the day.
