This months challenge is all about getting YOU super fit and super strong.  Each   Monday Morning you get a brand new 7 Minute HIIT workout, this will be a total body workout with 7 moves.  I  show a beginners and advanced  option, so this way this suitable for all fitness levels and you can adjust the workout to suit you.

My suggestion is you do the 7 Minute HIIT workout every day for that week (then you get a new one) and you also complete the suggested toning workouts below.
