This challenge is designed for healthy weight loss for better health. This is not about trying to lose weight to look a certain way it is about taking control of our health. This 28 day plan focuses on home workouts that are all easy to follow. Each day is a different routine and all the videos will help increase your calorie burn, aid in fat loss and at the same time increase your muscle tone.
