This Healthy Weight Loss Challenge is a series of 7-Minute Workouts that you follow along to for 7 days. These workouts are designed to help with weight loss. Each week you get a new workout 7-Minute Workout.
Alongside the exercises, I have given you tips and suggestions on healthy eating and easy ways to adopt lifestyle changes that help with overall health.
