For October I have set a couple of options for your fitness challenge.

Option 2: I have created a 31-Day Playlist on my YouTube Channel and here is the link. OCTOBER’S PLAYLIST
This has a great mix of Cardio Workouts that are going to boost your metabolism and supercharge your health. If you stick to it over the 31 days you are going to LOVE the results. All the workouts are no equipment and all are standing.
All you have to do is that workout for that day so obviously, for the 1st of October you do Video number 1 and then 2nd of October Video number 2, and of course, on the 31st of October, you do the final video which is a scary (and fun) Halloween Workout.
