Press-Ups also known as Push-Ups are an excellent exercise for your Upper Body and you can see below the 3 variations. The easiest is the box press up if you find you can do this with ease and easily perform 30 without feeling challenging, then I suggest you move on to the 3/4 Press-Up and again once you can 30 with ease move on to Full Press-Up.
